Shipping services are conducted by our preferred carriers, UPS and USPS. If you would like an alternate carrier to be used, please let us know before you order and be aware that additional charges may be incurred. We have three shipment options for your convenience including economy, express, and high priority. Please be advised, that items will not be shipped until our merchant vendor 2checkout.com has reviewed the order for fraud, and cleared your order. This process alone usually takes 12-24 hours; however, in some cases it could take up to two business days. To make this procedure quicker, make sure you fill-in all the fields requested when asked in the checkout pages.

Many other tool supply stores will often promise superiority by explaining different grades and different levels. The bottom-line here is that we sell all our tools for bonsai to do what they are designed to do: work, carry out your techniques, and last a long time. Our tools, for the most part are made of durable carbon steel and/or stainless steel. If you want them in titanium, I am sure some outfit will soon offer it to you at a very expensive cost. However, why? In the ancient times, when legendary bonsai were created, they did not use titanium, nor other advanced alloys, they used iron, and it worked! Today Penjing Iron Works, our supplier of tools for bonsai, modified the ancient iron for a lighter feel, a byproduct, but still made from raw iron, which we call steel. And guess what? It works too! They are sharp, and not confusingly categorized into levels or groups (i.e., for novice, masters, etc). Masters can use them and so can the beginner. The tree will be transformed by your technique and by the use of our bonsai tools. So don't waste money on the miracle products and the overdone types out there.
